I have a pocket programer I used on Mercedes Chips. Can the VATS be taken out with an e-prom modification?
Where can I find software to convert the bin or hex files into understandable data if I want to change parameters?

Who is "master tech"?

You can get EXACTLY what you need at Tuner Cat It costs $70 for the software, and $19.95 for each definition file. I think its the most popular software out there. I have it and think its great.

VATS can be disabled w/ a simple click of the mouse.
