I'm trying to tune my 1991 Firebird and found some tuning parameters that I need an understanding for. Can someone tell me what "Delta" means in things like the following?

"Enrich Accel Delta MAP Enable Vs. TPS"

Does "Delta" mean the difference between two values?

 

That's the equivalent of the pump shot on a carb I believe. In other words, that's acceleration enrichment based on how much of a change there is in the TPS value (which is a percentage number)

 

So, does that mean "Delta" is the Percent change? In other words, of my TPS is .53 and it changes to .73, "Delta" is the percent change between those values?

 

It means if your TPS is at 12% and you push the accelerator so that it reads 33%, then your delta TPS % is 21%
