ok, i just bought an eprom programer and eraser but i have no idea how to use them. i have read your eprom intro. but i still don't under stand every thing. Are there certian lines in the binary tables that are altered to change certian items about the car? Please help!

 

You need a BIN Editor of some sort (TunerCat, GMEPro, WinBin) to modify the BIN (the actual program that goes on the eprom). The "burner" only reads and writes the BIN, it does not modify it itself. Too darn hard to start modifying the "constants and tables" in hex, unless you know the conversions. A Bin Editor does that for you and lets you "work in human terms" and it converts it to binary.
