1 ) tools 2 ) ALDL/ data logging 3 ) Set up 4) ALDL Setup and browse for the definition file to use. You will need to use the one that was used to log your data. 5 ) Select log for rec/play 6 ) choose session 7 ) Export to CVS. This will need Excel office program to read. Here is where you can transfer the information to a readable text type format in Office Excell. If you dont have office and the Excel program I cant help you. This is not a very good pic as I dont know how to do that here. Not enough time to figure all these sites out to just show a pic. Any way just enlarge enough and you will get the idea. Hope this helps.

A note for anyone that doesn't have MS Office can go to OpenOffice.org: Home and download their office suite. It will read all the MS stuff and CSV files.
It is a free download...not shareware. It is a much better suite than MS Office.
