Should my TPS be at 10% at idle????
I got the "JoBy" 160 baud scanner working and the latest update installed. It reads that my TPS is open 10% at idle. I stepped up the idle vs. coolant. Could it be pulling the throttle plates open?

I once saw that happen when a friends IAC failed in the park position. We couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start until you hit the gas, but then it idled fine but sounded like a jet taking off. Reason, once you got it going the air was forceing the plates open.
Just a guess. My TPS is not adjustable, what now?

The volts are really what you want to look at - it's just taking a percentage based on the volts. .5v (normal TPS idle setting) is 10% of 5v (full throttle/WOT.)
So yes, that's normal and nothing is wrong.
