Instead of bothering you guys with the million questions I have after reading the tech artical I'll just ask for recomendations of other websites to get info on burning proms. Thanks.

I assume you mean chip tuing in general right. The www.diy-efi.org site is a given I would imagine. These are some of the better sites I have found and remembered to bookmark. Searching on google.com has helped quite a bit as well.
