Swap from AUJP to APYP?
Hi, I want to change from the AUJP im running in my 90 camaro to a APYP since I have a 383 with alloy heads and a HSR. I want to go with the APYP specifically because its made for 6 speed vette's, and I have a 6 speed gearbox.
I'm just wondering will I have any problems going from a 32k bin to a 16k bin (APYP is 16k)? Is the APYP compatible with MAP? Any other snags I should look out for?
Thanks in advance

The BCC to use is AXCN. That is a 6-spd '90-'91 SD calibration. APYP is a calibration for a different engine setup (an '89 MAF).
May need to change items such as fan NO vs NC. Will know if on a cold engine the fan runs.
The other thing is that just because AXCN is a aluminum headed y-body bin, that makes it correct for your vehicle.
RBob.

To update my incorrectly typed sentence:
The other thing is that just because AXCN is a aluminum headed y-body bin, that doesn't make it correct for your vehicle.
{fingers moving too fast. . . }

Thats ok, what I'm really looking for is a better starting point for tuning than the super AUJP which i'm currently using. Basically I want a bin which is setup for 6 speed and MAP, with an aggressive spark table.
Thanks agian
