PROM ID in Tunercat

I burned a chip and the car could hardly run, if you want to call what it did as running. I hardly changed that many things, mostly switches and a few constants.
Could the Prom ID affect this? What is it for as I searched and can't find anything on it. Maybe I burned it with a wrong #?

I hate to keep posting with small stuff like this but I want to at least have the car run so I can start learning.

AFAIK the ID is just to identify the version it doesnt do anything functional

correct me if I am wrong

possible wrong definition usage, bad .bin file,
wrong check sum...
try to reburn a stock ship code to cancel
bad .bin or def...
