Has anyone ever returned their PROM to TPIS and receive full credit without any trouble? I'm planning to burn my own or go to DFI. It's a Level 5 TPIS PROM.

Ed is 100% correct in his response. I should know ... I bought a level 5 chip a LONG time ago. What a piece of junk. That $500 chip is not worth about $45 ... the price of a new MemCal. I just used it as a spare MemCal. There's no way you are going to get your money back.
