Tuner Cat Up and Running... Some questions...

I noticed a few things... One it seems as though several settings (like rev limiter and "highway mode") are set to the mph of 255... Why so unreasonable and is this incorrect? This is from the stock chip btw. I also noticed that the number of cylinders is set at 0..... With step incriments of 32 going past 100 (I could easily type in 8 however) One last thing, Glenn you told me to set my cylinder volume at 784, my calculations say 780.. which is correct for a 383... Currently the volume is at 713 cc/cyl...

Anyway anything worth checkin out initially. Im just trying to save chips. I have started under the ecm constants, and will also need to find some eproms, the ones i have arnt erasable...

The revlimiter shoudl be set at around 10,000 RPM by GM. Dont ask me why they did this but it's normal, believe it or not!

As far as highway mode.. that's another feature GM chose to leave out. That's why it's set to come on at 255MPH. Lower that to a reasonable amount like 55-60 and also look for the RPM it's set to enable at and chage that to a reasonable amount also. (I have mine at 2000rpm).

Well what is highway mode... and what about the cylinder volume.

A second question is what causes the egr code 32... in a setup like mine.
