Help getting tunercat up and running

I need help on installing and setting up tunercat and pocket programmer on a elementary basis I am very new to computers.I am hopeing that there is somebody willing to help me with this that lives in the Virginia area this would be a big help I need to learn this stuff and would to learn from someone who has done some programming.Thanks for all or any replys.

Seriously, what is the problem? It's rather simple and straight forward.
Tunercat requires you to install and then place ALL your *.tdf files into it's directory on the hard drive. When you do this you can then open up bin files you've downloaded from your specific ecm.
