HELP, code 46 will not go away!

I have a Craig Moates G1 addapter. I recenty burned a new bin and noticed my "service engine soon? light came on. I put my jumper in the ALDL unit and got no response. I changed my chip in the ZIF socket, no response.

Then, I put the orginal chip in without the addapter and I received a code 46 and a code 51. I unpluged the ECM and the negitive battery cable for 10 minutes. I then connected the ECM and battery cable. Now I get a code 46 which I think is a vatts code.

How do I clear this code or fix this problem?

Thank you for your help

Well, I think I found the problem. I have another ECM, I pluged that in and my code was gone. Then, I connected the other ECM and the code was gone. I then put my Craig Moates addapter in with a chip. I then got a code 46. So either my chips are bad or my addapter is bad? I am thinking that is the addapter because my pocket programer 2 is recognizing my chips and burning/erasing them with no complications. I figured I will just send my addapter in to moates.
