TunerPro issue with compare function
TunerPro issue with compare function
I searched but could'nt find anything on this. When comparing two .bins in TunerPro where there are two or more arguments in the conversion tab of the items definition, the data from the compare .bin isn't correct if the data in the second argument is different from the current .bin. For example, when comparing two timing tables where the main spark bias is different in each .bin, the compare .bins' data is not correct. It's like TunerPro is using the second argument in the definition, the bias in this case, from the original .bin only. Has anyone else come across this? Is there something I'm doing wrong? If so, I can't for the life of me figure it out. I have tried all different combinations in defining the item with no success. Any input is appreciated.

You need to change to the chip that you are comparing to. The top bar in Tunerpro needs to read the original chip and the compare chip same as the chips in the compare screen. Does this make sense? This Titanium from FSC BTW.
I don't have a problem getting the .bins to compare or even to compare properly except when there are two arguments in the items conversion tab and one .bins second argument contains different data than the other. I'm not sure I'm explaining it well but I don't know how else to describe it.

Bug confirmed. It doesn't actually have to do with 2 variables - it has to do with linking to another item's output.
I'll fix this and post a build shortly.

Another minor problem ive had while emulating with an AutoProm is not getting the conformation beep when trying too modify the map multiplier settings in 8D bins. If i download the bin to check if the changes took place, i can make the changes and get the beep. But the bin file is corrupted and the check engine light comes on without setting an error code. Reuploading the entire bin corrects the problem. It also occurs with a few other settings.
