odd stock parameters and checksum??

I finally picked up an Autoprom and i think its great. I cracked open my stock 7730 and read the bin and a few things just looked weird to me. I dont know if its like this with all stock bins or what. My TCC Coast Release was set to 255 mph. 3rd and 4th Gear TCC Locks were at 21mph and their unlocks were set to 20mph. AUJP TCC Coast Release is 32mph right?. <---What exactly does this table do??? Also why are these values so different?
Nevermind about the checksum part!!!
Thanks!!

I tried to start my car tonight with a stock AUJP bin and it would turn over but not start. It was also throwing an SES light. With the stock bin, with the key turned but with the car still off, the fuel pump would run for just a few seconds and then go silent. With the AUJP it would run forever....Why would it do that?? Also I noticed that the stock bins (AXYD) checksum was 764 while the AUJPs was 55515?? Should they be that far apart?

Whenever trying a new BIN always check for the SES blink. No blink, don't even bother trying to start the engine. The SES blink is:

At key-on, engine-off, the SES will illuminate, blink off, then turn on solid. To check again, key-off or at least 5 seconds, then try again. No blink off means that the ECM is not running from the PROM. If there is a constant rapid flashing of the SES, the checksum is incorrect, or the PROM is burned incorrectly.

The checksums can vary, no problem with that.

If you are using an adaptor make sure everthing is plugged in correctly. Not off by a pin, and in the correct directions. The PROM plugs in with the notch/stripe/pin-1 toward the outside.

RBob.
