You guys are my last hope...

I have a BKFS 16159278 $DA3 Def ECM running a LT1 MAP engine
50lb/hr injectors, Twin walbros in tank -8 line aeromotive regulator vacuum advance.
I have bought and tried tunercats along with tunerPRO RT etc and the same problem. every time I go to start it I get nothing, but some black smoke then I pull some of the plugs and they're soaked everytime. I got fire, obviously the injectors are working I've tried all different rails pressures to no avail.

The only thing that I can guess is that the injector scalar in the software is not referencing the correct portion of the Binary. Any thoughts, fixes, questions or concerns? Any will help at this point.

Thanks in advance

That's quite a bit of injector you're running. I'm assuming you're running some serious boost, or nitrous, or something. 50lb/hr will support in the neighborhood of 600+HP on a V8. I'm also assuming you've checked the obvious - you're not over-pressuring the injectors to the point that they are leaking/spraying constantly, that they are not leaking for other reasons, etc.

With that said, look for anything related to cranking fuel / crank fuel multipliers in your particular setup. I''ve never worked on an LT1 before, but my understanding is that your setup (early LT1 before the 8051 stuff) is similiar to $8D/730 stuff, so it probably has a crank fuel multiplier or crank fuel tables/settings. I'd start by lopping them in half just to see if it makes a difference.

Like said above, the cranking fuel is WAY off with the larger injectors. As the cranking fuel tables are likely pulsewidth based, changing the injector constant does nothing. You need to scale the base cranking PW table down by quite a bit. Odds are, though, that this isnt in your commercially available tuner package, so you may be SOL unless someone knows where the table locations are in the calibration.

Edit: My bad... Thats the 93 ECM. Go to the crank fuel PW vs. cool temp table in tuner cats or tunerpro and scale the whole table by the old injector flowrate/new injector flowrate (something like 20 PPH/50 PPH) and you should be able to at least start it ok without a complete flood.
