Prom removal

Anyone know a good way to remove the prom chip? I gently used pliars on the sides of it and fingers wont work. Jewerly screwdriver? Anything else?

Did you do a search on prom removal? I do believe the original prom is soldered into the memcal. Check it out do a search.
