I don't really have any experience on nitrous so i can't speak for any changes to timing there. With my 383 i started by changeing the cyl. volume and injector size. Then i started it up and watched to see where i was. In my case i was a little gassy so i had to pull some fuel out of my lower ve table. Basically just start with the simple stuff and work your way up. I ran with the stock timing tables until i got my ve tables to start ironing out then i started working on my timing unless i had severe knock retard. Hope this helped give you a little information.

Theres a formula to figure it out in the stickies up top but mine is set to 784.75
