Adjust prop gains idle with WB?

I've read people here write that using a WB is the best way to adjust prop gains at idle but never read how, how is this done? I've read RBOBs paper on prop gains about 50 times in the last couple days and starting to understand it somewhat but long ways to go. Maybe another 500 times will do the trick!
I've been toying with these settings for some time now and though idle is much better than it was there is still room for improvement. Tonight I noticed while logging the AFR is somewhat inconsistant (closed loop) and hovers aroud 14.7 but once in a while it "jumps" lean to about 15.5 or so then slowly comes back. I don't understand this unless maybe it's missing once in a while but the RPM's don't seem to jump with the AFR.
I'll attach a short WB log. Any tips on which direction to go would be great.

Forgot to add it's a 1227747 ECM custom bin and I'm using the hacked XDF file.
