irritating idle
Hello, I am having an idle concern I am not sure how to correct. I am using the ARAP .bin with a 6E mask and 165 ecm. I changed the injector constants to 24 lb/hr and the car runs great except at idle. I set the minimum air based on the sticky here. Did it twice and it is dead on. It idles between 800 - 850. It will idle like this for 2 - 3 minutes then the idle jumps to around 1100 for about 2 - 3 seconds then goes back to a nice 800 - 850 idle. When it is idling at 800 - 850 it is real smooth. Here are some values I am getting at idle.
IAC at 0 then goes to 6 then 10 when idle jumps, then goes back to 0
BLM at cell 0 then goes to cell 1 when idle jumps
BLM at idle 135 - 143 in cell 0, goes to 128 when idle jumps and BLM goes to cell 1
Int always between 121 - 128 even when BLM is in cell 0
No fault codes, no other erratic values noticed. MAF in good condition. Other than this concern car runs like a raped ape, BLM and INT are good throughout the power band. I am using tuner pro rt. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Re: irritating idle
My only guess right now is a TPS problem. Move the TPS only (loosen the screws), and twist it until the TPS volts are about .54V.
I think you might be right on the edge of "open" and "closed" for the TPS voltage, and it's sometimes triggering throttle follower.

Re: irritating idle
TPS is holding solid at .54 volts. I adjusted this when I did the minimum air speed. I have been checking and double checking everything I can for the past few days. I am thinking I need to change something in teh .bin but am not sure what. Thanks.
