"item not defined" changed in bin?

"item not defined" changed in bin?
In TP if I do a search between one bin and a new bin that I have made adjustments to I get 3 "item not defined" results. I only made adjustments to defined items. Is it safe to assume that the new bin is corrupt? Should I just change these 3 items back to thier old settings?

AKAR .......been modified several times though.
Also using the hacked xdf file.

I also just noticed that these three addresses are close to each other in the hex editor if that matters?
