which pins on 7730 need to be hot all the time for the memory?
I jus put the 7730 in my car and need to know which pins need to be hot all the time i think i loose my ecm memory after i turn my car off my blm's are always 128 after i start my car and i know they were lower when i turned it off so i think my ecm is relearning everytime i restart i think i have

I don't have the diagram in front of me but I swear the 165 wire and the 730wires were both orange in color?

Attached is a PDF of a wiring schematic that I have used for conversions between 730, 727 and 749 ECMs.
(and yes, I know the IAC lines do change based on SW mask). This does work for me, though.

The $8D code only saves two of the cells. And only if the engine temperature is within a certain range.
The hac lists the limits and what cells are saved and such as the 'SAM Cells.'

Also - remember - when you FIRST start it up it will be in open loop and by definition the BLMs are 128 then.

: $8D code : Actually, this isn't entirely true. If the one or two of the SAM cells are saved, they will be used from startup. The others will be set to 128. There are also limits for the SAM cells. At key-on init they are checked to be within a window. If not, the cell value will be set to the edge value of the window.
