Forgive the simple answer but a search didn't result it what I was looking for. If my IAC steps are say in the 180's then the motor is extended? I haven't reset my IAC motor yet but can get it to run if I feather the gas spinning around 900-1000 RPM's. When I left off the gas it obviously stalls out. I'm starting off with a 749 ecm and $59 code. I have to go over my log again to see what my WB was logging for actual AFR (innovative pinned to F14 in my ecm).

 

The bigger the number the more it's open. Zero is closed.
