how to set TCC lock up correctly

$6E ARAP

i wantedt to know if i want my converter to lock at 40 mph, do all i need to do is raise the low spped limit for low gear unlock to lock transition to 40?

reason i ask is my car is "bucking" real bad an i figured out its the converter trying to lock around 35mph and lock at 30mph (during deceleration)

also what about the high gear lock? i think this may be where my problem is, being as it bucks in OD and D

thanks
