WWBD

What Would Bruce Do Think he'd like that one lol

Read those stickies about 6 more times. All of them top to bottom. Then read it again if u have questions.

There are several geared to newbie/beginner folks such as yourself. They even include pictures and loads of links to both the hardware and software ends of things.

Also read the posts on this forum.

We are here to help and do some hand holding along the way, but you have to show the initiative and willingness to learn first.

Re: Need to know...

burning the chip is easy, its tuning the chip thats hard to learn.
like has been said, read, read & read.
you'll come to enjoy your eyes bleeding.
in addition to the stickies, do a search for the user "Grumpy", most everything he typed is good info.

to help you learn, get TunerPro & once you have it installed, open it up & in help, find Help Topics & read through "Editing bins". this will help give you an ideal of what some of the different things are.
now find out what ECM & mask you have, then download the bin & the right def files for your system & play around some. then its time to read some more.

also, if its not in the stickies, read
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tbi/...free-tune.html
this is also a good read, https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tbi/...uning-tbi.html

Jeremy, i think Bruce would like that.
