Smoothing feature in TP Q?
Is that to be done after each change in VE tables?
I have been doing so with the value at .90. That value does not seem to change much.
I believe it may affect the corrections by VELearn as well in that the correction may be to place VE table cell from a corrected say 65 to 64.3 thereby disallowing correction in part.
