7747 rough idle at startup

Hi all,

I've been bumping up my timing trying to get the old burb a little more fuel economical.

I've noticed that as I move the timing forward, the BLM's go down meaning it gets richer. I'm guessing since the idle timing has gone up, it's running too rich at idle.

What do I need to do to rectify this idle rich problem?

Thanks
