help with willem dual power

ok the trouble i seem to be having is getting my program i want to use on the right location of the chip. the factory chip is the 27c256 the chips i have are the sst27s512. i have found at the moates site i need to place the new bin on a specific location on the new chip just cant figure out how with the programmer i have. its the willem dual power eprom. please this is driving me nuts.

There is a selection for "Offset (Hex)", you would place where the bin starts (I.E. "8000" or "F000") in the box.

If your using tunerproRT there is an option to "stack" the bin. I was having the same issue and that is what I did. Its under the "tools" tab.
