Thinking of switching from a E6 to a 0D
Thinking of switching from a E6 to a 0D
So I have a really good tune right now in my truck using the stock E6 Mask. the issue is I cannot find a ADL file that matches for datalogging. How can I convert and keep my tune. I am using tunrerpro for datalogging. I am able to datalog with Datamaster with no problem just cannot seem to find a good def file for tuner pro.

You can make an ADS file, from the ALDL datastream information found in the files on moates.net file uploads and downloads section.

Actually thats what I wold like to do but need sombody to point me in the right direction. I have a good bin I have a good XDF file. How would I go about making my own ADS file. I have one that is supposed to work but does not. How do I map the values such as Coolant (F) degrees I am just trying to get a reference point. add one value make sure it works then add another and so on.

I posted information on how to do this for the 160 baud datastream with Scanner Pro on the Tuner Pro forum, TP RT is similar. Location and file names I posted in that thread.

I will take a wonder over there and take a look. I am still fighting packet errors right now so I have to get that figured out. May I bother you with some questions if I get stuck ?

If I can help, I will. I'm still a long ways off of being able to fully understand the language used, but it's slowly starting to make more sence the more I play with.
ECM test bench has been instrumental in starting to understand more about how the ECM works.
There are other people here that know this stuff better than I do, and could likely provide better help.
