I have an I-emulator that works with the pocket programmer 2. I don't think that its available anymore, though.
The pocket programmer seems to be sensitive to voltage. It doesn't work well with the 9 volt dc cigarette lighter adaptor. To use it in the car, I use an inverter and the normal ac adaptor.
It makes for a clumsy set-up, at best. I only use it if I run out of blank chips and don't have a u/v eraser handy.
