My ECM is a 7165 with Eprom 16082462. What are the other chips on this PROMS/CALPACK 16055375 and 16055376 (memory)?

The number of the EPROM is most likely a GM part number of some sort. The best way to ID a PROM is with the 3 - 4 letter code on the label. Such as AYAP, or HKN. This is known as the BCC (BroadCast Code) and ID's the calibration.

For the other chips check the sticky's on the DFI & ECM board (MEMCAL & PROM thread?). There are pic's and descriptions of what they are for.
