now what I need to know is prod real easy to find but I never have any luck with the searches
how long should I run a ve learn for ?
I dont want to run them for to short of a time and not really do anything or to long and maby hurt somthing?

15 to 20 minutes at a shot is usually good and the main thing is dont keep changing the throttle position. If possible try to keep it at a given RPM for a while instead of driving in say stop and go traffic.
