PE TPS Mult vs Baro???

Engine: 355 Vortec
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, 3.42
PE TPS Mult vs Baro???
Folks:
Quick question which I can't seem to find the answer to by searching (sorry???).
If "PE Enable vs TPS%" is say 60% at 1600RPM, and the "PE TPS Mult vs Baro" Which has (TPS * Multi=TPS To engage PE annotated) is say 1.99 @ 100kpa, does that mean I would only need, say, 32% TPS to engage PE?
32% TPS Actual * 1.99 = 63.68% TPS Corrected
??? Confused
