Prom ID ?
Ok this is probably a stupid question, but what is the prom ID and why can't I set it? Since I'm running 8 different programs on one chip, I thought I could easily ID which program I'm on when I data log, but I can't seem to change the prom ID. If that is not changeable, is there anything other location I can just arbitrarily set?

Re: Prom ID ?
The PROM ID can be set to any value from 0 through 65535. The location will need to be in the ECU/XDF/TDF file, and what ever scan tool you are using also needs to be aware of it.
