need help havin trouble

my camaro will start and run fine when its cold, when the motor is warmed up and i shut it off it wont start. i checked the fuel rail and i got 42psi, checked spark and i have that. open up the throttle body and spray starting fluid, turn the key and let fuel pump run then start it with my foot on the gas and it starts. when its warmed up it idles kind of funny but then i give it gas and its good. i just bought an ecm, fuel pump, plug wires, ignition coil, fuel filter, changed oil & filter, i think the PROM might be bad but idk, i changed the ecm cause it got hot when i drove and the motor warmed up but it didnt come with the PROM. the 3 things for ignition are there but when its warmed up something is telling the fuel injectors not to fire right idk...... please help me solve this nightmare so i can still run the tpi

PS. the car sat for a while so thats y i changed the fuel filter/pump and oil/oil filter

Is the check engine light on while the engine is running? If yes, what code is it flashing.
