Data Tracing in Tunerpro V5
How do I get data tracing to work in TunerPro V5? I selected the datatracing button in the tool bar but there is nothing floating around in my ve tables. The previous version of Tunerpro rt was easy to setup but this newer version seems to be giving me a problem. Any ideas or suggestions? Happy Holidays everyone!

You need to set "DA Association" for each item/table.
Highlight the XDF item, by clicking on it once. I.E. "Main VE table", then hit the "F2" button, and you will see an new pop up window, which will have tabs across the bottom of it, the last one is "DA Assoc", which will allow you to select the items from the ADS to be used for tracing/linking.

Just as an example, the VE table would likely use RPM on one axis, and MAP KPA on the other. Another table could use Coolant temp and RPM for the axis.
So you have to think about what you are trying to look at and link the item accordingly.

The correct item for the X and Y axis of the table, or correct item to be linked to that parameter. It's different for each table and item.

Ok here's a quick question, what do I select in the Link Mode drop down box in the DA Association tab to setup the datatracing? Three options are - Link, Explicit, and Data Type/Units Match
