Quick Question About VE1 + VE2

Hey guys, I just want to be sure about this before I go and raise my BPW and have to retune all of my VE values.

I realize VE2 is added to VE1. In VE1 I know you can enter a value greater than 100 but it will only be counted as 100. This would indicate you need to either change injectors or increase BPW.

Question is, If you have lets say 66.00 @ 2400RPM and 80KPA, then in VE2 at 2400RPM you have 39.00. Would this be the same as having 105 in VE1 and 0 in VE2 indicating your VE tables are maxed?

I hope that makes sense. Thanks!

Re: Quick Question About VE1 + VE2

That is correct VE1 + VE2 when added together cannot be larger than 100.

Re: Quick Question About VE1 + VE2

I hope this is right! It has been a while since I used adder table(7747). I recall you can zero out all in table #2 cept the lowest rpm value zeroing cells through 3200 keeping those RPMs above 3200 to tune with in table #2. That make the calcs easier and quicker. I forget why lowest RPM in table 2 is not to be touched. Can someone confirm?

Re: Quick Question About VE1 + VE2

Hi guys, thanks for confirming. Looks like I may have to find some larger injectors on the next Pick n Pull run. I beleive your right about the 400 RPM row Ronny, I have also read that recently on here.

Thanks Again!
