Win ALDL shows no information

Engine: ZZZ# 0607 of 1200 produced
Transmission: Pro-Built 700R4/Vig.2400
Axle/Gears: 3.27 BW 9 Bolt PBR Disc
Win ALDL shows no information
I am using a MaStach aldl cable and attempting to get some raw data but I get nothing from the car. Confirmed the pins are in their respective slots, laptop and win aldl recognize the com port has the cable attached. Any ideas? I selected 165 ecm from the menu, anything else I should select/config? Thanks guys
