If Yes, can it do it with $8D code?
4150 4bbl TBI's are becoming attractive to me because I can do back to back testing with one vs a carb on a fancy dual plane manifold.

While not proven, in theory, electrically speaking it could. It would need to be set up for low-Z injectors, same as turbo Sunbird/Grand Am.
The MEMCAL would need to be modified for proper cylinder select, I have a theory, that I haven't had a chance that a MEMCAL from a '93 to '95 GM truck, with a '7427, might be able to get proper cyclinder select in a '7730/'7749 style ECM, but haven't had a chance to test it on the bench yet.
