http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-07-503-8/ hotcam with LS6 springs , AIR GAP intake http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-226019/ , Vortec Heads 350 . can start it . map is always 90-100% , when i use manual vacuum pump ALDL is show map is working good , parameters change from 10 to 100% map. my setup is LT1 camshaft and evethyng work well. I understand that i need specialy beginning bin for LT4 cam for start engine ? or i have mechanical problem ? i use 6965 ECM from caprice. heres stock L05 bin (at this time when she starts map is 96% and shes can up the rpms and seems to realy realy rich), i know what to do with tith bin for LT1 camshaft bud dont know what starting point i need for LT4 cam shaft. thank maby with you help i can start this engine soon

If you are asking for a BIN then this thread will be deleted.
As it is running rich, not surprisingly, you need to reduce the VE tables until you can run the engine. Then do some data logging and use the BLM tables in WinALDL to further tune the VE tables. Then work on the spark.

Did you reset the BPC in that .bin for your injector size, fuel pressure, and CID ?
