turbo car tuning

i am in the process of getting my turbo on my 90 vette stock bottom end im running the wastegate at 6psi

i need to tune it and i want to do it myself..

is there anyone that does their own forced induction cars can you please help me i pretty much need to know everything that should be known...

i would also like to know what tuning stuff you all use...

if anyone is selling anything to tune lmk as well...

I have been getting help on my post if you want to check it out.. I know nothing about the ecm's or tuning a obd 1.. is your TPI all stock cause I want to put turbo on my iroc..
