Trouble Emulating and Scanning SD TPI

I have a '72 Camaro with a Speed Density TPI motor swap that I am trying to Emulate and Scan/Tune. The Emulation works fine however cannot consistently remain connected to scan and tune. I am using TunerPro RT and Moates AutoProm. THe VE tables in the chip installed in the car were really eratic so tried using 90350cam.bin (as well as several other bin files) off the Moates site. I am using 1227730_8D.ads and 8D.xdf files. This bin would not connect through AutoProm to Scan. Utilizing the bin from the chip out of the car it intermittently will connect allowing scanning. The SES light is on and the cooling fans are on. The light goes out after a while when the engine is running and emulating from the laptop. However the engine fan remains on. The Chip Code Mask I have set to AA as well as "Disable Check sum by Uploading AA to 08" in preferences in TunerPro RT.

The PROM on the adapter has DELCO AXYD 3164 on it so am thinking the TPI and computer may be from a '90 5.0L F Body.

I have thoroughly read all I can find on this and other forums regarding this and am at a complete loss as to what to do.

Any suggestions. Help please.
