TunerPro speedo not reading
Figured out and fixed the VSS/buffer/7730 interface for the wagon. Dash speedo works, and is reasonably accurate (still to be determined), Trans functions as factory, but when I run TunerPro, everything gives me values except the MPH, which stays at 0. It also shows the EGR duty cycle at 100%. I've searched and not been able to cobble together an answer.
Anyone?

What have you done? ECM swap to a 1227730? What code 8D? What trans do you have? A guess would be that you have to uncheck the magnetic VSS flag in 8D code.

Re: TunerPro speedo not reading
Quick 'up-to-speed' update:
91 Caprice wagon(cool, deep purple, Impala SS nose, cowl hood, roll pan, 17 in Boyd 5 spokes, tint, lowered, etc...). Originally 305/700R4. Replaced with .030 350, Edelbrock MPFI conversion kit, re-pinned from the 6965(essentially the same pin-outs as the 7747) to the 7730, running a minimally modified Super8D chip. Figured out we had a pin in the wrong location(from an OLD re-pin chart) for the buffered VSS input, so now the original post situation is how we sit. Car runs well, shifts like stock, lock up is working fine, etc...
No speedo in TunerPro, EGR duty cycle at 100%. Wondering if I've blocked off the 'vent' for when its not activated, since 'normally' I wouldn't want to see an open vacuum line. I'll check the hose routing diagram(if I can find one!), and maybe that will correct itself. Will unchecking the magnetic VSS make the speedo read? Not sure I understand why.
Thanks for any and all input!
