$94 Mask????

$94 Mask????
Hey,
Car is an '87 Camaro with 165 ecm.
I'm trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my current tune. It was a dyno tune by the guy that owns pcm4less.com
According to the Mask ID in the tune it looks like its a $94 mask. Which seems strange as it is for 91-93 2.5 TBI (L38) S & T trucks. However they do use the 165 ECM.
Anyway I downloaded the $94 .xdf and .ads The values look kind of wackey. Can anyone help me make sense of any of this? My bin is attached.
BTW I now plan to tune it myself starting with an ARAP bin using 6e mask.
