BLM/INT show lean, O2 shows rich?

I was out yesterday trying to tune the idle areas. I got out of the car to go listen for exhaust leaks while the laptop was recording and when i came back i see my BLM's at 160 and my INT at 140-150 range. I kind of freaked out and added some fuel to see if it would drop back down but it sounded like it was starting to flood itself? The O2 mv were in the 700ish range with some swings to the 500ish range. From what i gather that would be showing rich.

The car has a 383 with stock ported heads & HSR. The cam is a comp cam 224/230. Edelbrock TES headers, 3" flowmaster exhaust. 26lb Accel Injectors.
It's been converted to SD with saujp v4. The O2 is a new 4 wire bosch. Hopefully i included all vital info.

Could anyone help me figured out what is going on here? The rest of the ve seems to be getting closer. I'm just not sure what's going on in that area. Maybe i'm over looking something? I've included the tuner pro log file.

Has it always been that way or just recently? What LSA on cam? does saujp v4 allow idle in OL? May be happening due to overlap at idle only or header leak?

112 lsa on cam. I don't remember it doing this before honestly. I just recently started over due to a switch from the LT1 intake to HSR. I may have to check the collector gaskets. I used to have a problem with them leaking some time ago.
