I am asking if these changes were warrented. Changes done two years ago GM 7.4L TBI. GM 80 lbs injectors runnin 20 lbs fuel pressure. I presume changes done due to slower opening time of my injectors?

With the exception of the B9In idle speed the changes are legit when larger injectors are in use.

So guys you talk about changing setting for larger injectors, how do you know this has to be done and how does one figure out what to set them to?

 

TBI settings not published. TPI are published . basically a educated guestimate. My idle speed IAC only allowed to increase the idle speed. TSS set min. GM settings for 7.4L TBI may be hacked but many of us run mod 350/383

55 / 80.5 = 0.68, multiply the table values by .68

I found some original bin files on http://gearhead-efi.com/gearhead-efi/bin/

I think I'm going to get an excel chart going to see if the math all works out. The few I had already looked at like the 2025 and the 3001, had very odd numbers in the tables.
