Engine: 355

Transmission: 700r4

motor not turning over

so today it warm up a little so i went took the cover off the camaro and put nice fresh battery in it and turn key and all i got was a click from the starter.
my question is can the engine be locked up or what you guys think ?

I think you may get an answer in the correct forum, this one is for chip tuning...

Make sure the batterey is full charge and clean the conections...
