auto prom & 7747 arht.bin

so ive been ready on how to mod a bin and change a buch of stuff.... lots of info out there. my question is i take a stock bin from moates.net 7747 arht.bin and do nothing to it, not change a thing. when i go to program it with my auto prom i make sure the 27sf512 is blank and it is, i then load it to the buffer & program chip, & verify it. i come up with no errors when programming but as soon as i install back into vehicle the ses light flashing in limp home mode is there anything im doing wrong? thanks guys for any
