ebl flash advice new to tuning, cant get it to idle

I recently installed a ebl flash in my 85 corvette. Im having trouble getting it to say running, i have to keep my foot on the gas at all times. First starting it up it runs really rough then it smoothes out a bit. If you foot brake it to drive it it will run, but only that way. Ive done ve learns, it helps the drivability, but will not help it idle. Also im getting a code 33 map, ive checked all the wiring and the gauge is working on the WUD. But i still have the code, which i think the rough idle is causing. I have a log to post but do not know how. I used the ebl_3005 bin to get started and changed the bpc and intial timing thats about it thus far. I am using a lm2 wideband for the ve learns. Any advice on where to start? Again ill post a log if someone can explain to me how. The specs on the car are:
355 ci
10.2.1 compression
world products sportmans 2 heads
tpis zz9 cam
1.6 rockers
edelbrock base
24 lb injectors
tpis runners
1 5/8 longtubes, 2 1/4 dual exhaust
edge 9.5 2800 lockup converter 700r4
Thanks

Can you turn in the throttle stop screw so as to allow it to idle and not die? At least temporarily untill you are able to capture a datalog or VELearn.
