New to tuning. I've burned my first couple chia getting used to the hardware now that it's working with help from this site. So I'm still taking the first steps and currently I'm trying to get the injector constant to 55 since I have 350 injectors on my 305/350 swap. When I change the value in tuner pro (anlu bin) from 135 to 55 and try it out the car starts and stalls. When using the compare bin option in TP it gives me a different set of #s 135 is changed to 87 and the 55 I put in is changed to 37 although when looking at the bins on the parameter tree they are correct. I'm guessing I did something wrong or missed reading the article on this. My apologies if this has already posted I don't have Internet where I live and the search field cancels out when tring to use it with my phone.

 

What exactly is it called in TunerPro?

Are you refering to Base Pulse Constant? Injector Flow Constant?

 

In tunerpro its the sixth line down on the parameter list and its called BPW- Injector Constant.

 

base pulse constant=base pulse width. It is not 55. There is a calculator here somewhere or someone can tell you what it actually is. It is specific for injector size-CID- Fuel Pressure.

55lbs at 13 lbs FP and 350 cid is approx 151 BPC....

 

Well that explains it, everthing i was reading said to change it to your injector lbs. THanks. I'll try the 151 bpc after work.. Its close to my cid. My 350 has a little bit of work done it comes out to about a 355 +/-

 

for 355 cid use 153 BPC
