pcm is a 7730.

how do I adjust for this? is the coolant temperature affecting the air intake charge that much? that I am getting a rich condition when it is cold and a lean condition when it is warm?

how do I adjust for this?

I think the ECU does in fact adjust for it. 127-131 is very close. 127 or 131 the engine sees same A/F ratio. Stoich. the ECU by 02 sensor feedback adjusts the A/F continuously per BLM. Imagine a perfect tune for 90dF afternoon. Next morning it could be 50dF. Now there is a table for IAT/CTS that handles varying inlet air temps. My IAT can sometimes be 90dF vs 190dF on coolant. Other days 120F vs 200F. That table accomodates inlet air. I see changing BLM as the days get cooler.
